Pourquoi ne pas prévoir des réunions virtuelles avec vos amis ? Des idées comme les apéritifs du vendredi soir, les soirées Netflix, les soirées virtuelles de quiz … Non seulement cela vous permettra de garder le contact avec votre famille et vos amis. Mais aussi, vous pourrez aussi vous divertir, vous changer les idées, et vous aurez de quelque chose à attendre les jours d’avant.

Donnez la priorité à votre santé mentale

En ce moment, il est plus qu’essentiel de prendre soin de votre niveau de stress et de vos angoisses. Si vous vous sentez démotivé, examinez vos blocages. Afin de préserver votre santé mentale, veillez à faire un peu d’exercice chaque jour, ne serait-ce qu’une promenade dans votre quartier.

Prenez par ailleurs le temps de manger des repas équilibrés et essayez de ne pas travailler pendant le déjeuner. Eloignez-vous de votre bureau et prenez une vraie pause. Maintenez de bonnes habitudes de sommeil et ne restez pas debout jusqu’à deux heures du matin.

Vous couchez-vous normalement à 23 heures ? Continuez ainsi et assurez-vous de dormir au moins 7 heures par nuit.

Vous pouvez vous accorder du temps pour profiter de la télévision et des informations, mais fixez des limites à la quantité d’informations que vous consommez.

Soyez indulgent avec vous-même

Vous pouvez constater que certains jours, vous êtes très motivé et accomplissez plus de tâches que prévu. Mais d’autres jours, vous n’êtes pas du tout au rendez-vous. Ce n’est pas grave, rien n’est normal en ce moment, et nous devons tous nous écouter. Nous avons tous des attentes envers nous-mêmes, mais pour l’instant, il est normal d’en attendre moins de soi-même.

En étant plus indulgent avec vous-même et davantage bienveillant, vous constaterez que votre motivation augmentera.
